In the morning, sick with thirst, stumbled out, into the hall. Head pressed up against the ceiling, couldn't remember being that tall - stumbling, and no longer tumbling. Like the oven I'd left open, he gave his warmth, and I was thankful. He was there to save you, uncomplicate you, eviscerate you, and levitate you.
